After completing site development work on a 34-acre parcel, BCCG built three speculative facilities on the property to meet the growing demand for warehouse and distribution facilities in the Charleston, South Carolina area.

This speculative building was constructed using load-bearing, concrete tilt-up panels and features 30-foot clear ceiling height, 28 dock locations, 2 drive-in doors, and was prepared to house 4 tenants.

BCCG coordinated subcontractors to work on all three buildings, contributing to maximize competitive pricing, project efficiency, and cost savings. The developer realized additional savings from BCCG’s value engineering process by constructing one retention pond to support all three facilities.
