BCCG was selected to Design-Build a facility shared by Carroll Tire, one of the nation’s largest distributors of private and major brand tires, and Francini. With 65,000 sf, over half of the complete building, occupied by Carroll Tire, this facility provided a good space to extend Carroll Tire’s market into Raleigh.
Both the occupants, as well as a nearby building also constructed by BCCG enjoyed shared savings because of the combined storm water treatment feature, and a second storm water treatment building that accommodated the necessary soil filters/treatments. In addition, BCCG installed a retaining wall to level out the property, rather than the more costly path of lowering the site elevation.
