While completing the Loomis Shell building as a part of Alexander Industrial Park, BCCG was hired as the Construction Manager for the Tenant Improvement for Loomis. BCCG coordinated the instillation of automatic sliding gates for site access, infrastructure for over 300 interior and exterior security cameras and other low-voltage devices related to security, 6000 sf of 1/8” and ¼” diamond plate for wall protection, 800 grit polished concrete for flooring, and the emergency generator.

Aside from the loading and unloading docks, and teller space within the warehouse, this project included 26,000 sf of office space, over double that of the branch’s previous office space, providing ample room for growth. It also includes a secure vault and vehicle maintenance space for the Loomis Armored Trucks.
